Services
We provide commercial mailing address services and digital mail management. All services are subject to approval and compliance verification prior to activation.

Client Requirements
Clients must provide accurate identification, complete required USPS documentation including Form 1583, and use the service for lawful purposes only.

Prohibited Use
The mailing address may not be used for illegal activity, fraud, financial misrepresentation, unlawful solicitation, or any misuse of postal services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without refund if misuse is suspected.

Payments
A one-time onboarding fee is required prior to activation. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Refund Policy
The onboarding fee is non-refundable once compliance review has begun. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, lost mail after forwarding, or third-party processing delays.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
